Our life without wheels would be unimaginable. Wheels are everywhere. Cars, bicycles, clocks, airplanes etc. have them. Very many wheels we don’t see, hidden inside everything from computer hard-drives, washing machines, electric toothbrushes....the list is endless.
Wheels reduce friction, instead of simply sliding over the ground, the wheels dig in and rotate, turning around sturdy rods called axles.
