To Sleep, Perchance To Dream
When I was younger, I used to be able to sleep through a bomb blast!! I was notorious amongst my family for not waking no matter what was going on outside.
Now, I can't sleep all the way through the night. I tend to wake up at some point, frequently more than once. And I sleep less overall than I used to.
But sleep is something we all need to do, even if we need different amounts and have different sleeping patterns.
I am definitely a lark. I am up between 5:00 and 5:30 every morning and asleep by 22:00.

And then there are other things that can disrupt sleep: bad dreams, snoring, sleep apnoea, sleep-walking and even sleep-eating!!
