Time Flies
Time is invisible, but it is something that affects everything.
Ancient people used sundials, hourglasses, candles marked into segments, and basic calendars to mark its passing.
In these modern times, we use all manner of ways to record it - clocks, watches, radioactive decay, and all manner of digital devices.
And time definitely flies the older you get - the good old toilet roll analogy!!

If I had a time machine and could go in any direction - forward or back - I would go back about 10,000 years to when the British Isles held only a handful of humans, just to see the unpolluted, wild, natural paradise that they must have been then.
I am a natural optimist, but even so, venturing into the unknown future would not be something for me.
