We're Horsing Around In The Dog House

Dogs have the accolade of being “man’s best friend”, and rightfully so, but there is another animal who has done humankind much service down through the centuries - the humble horse!! And their cousins, the donkey and the mule, of course.

I was lucky enough to be raised with ponies around and have had horses ever since. Our last two homebred Arabians are just big pets now. 😁
But horses as a whole have done much for humans down through the centuries. Food, transport, sport, pleasure . . .

And they are also beautiful and graceful animals in their own right!! Today, let's share our own thoughts on horses, or any pictures, gifs, videos and music you like of them, or any personal memories you have of contact with horses, ponies, donkeys or mules.
