Flying High

Most birds fly, of course, and many insects and even some mammals.
Not to mention the fictional fliers such as dragons, phoenixes and fairies.

We humans have learned to do the same, with help from technology and, in many cases, copying nature.

Do you like flying, or do you prefer both feet on terra firma?
Have any of you flown in any way besides commercial aircraft?
Or is there a form of flight that you would dearly love to try?

I would love to try hang-gliding, but a fear of heights keeps me firmly grounded!
