👛🐖🌺International Pink Day👛🐖🌺

The 10th of April is the National Day of Pink. It was originally set up against bullying, discrimination, and homophobia in cities and towns all over the world. On this day, everybody is allowed to celebrate it by wearing a pink shirt in offices, universities, schools and communities in support of the day

It was started in Nova Scotia, Canada when two straight high school students saw a gay student being bullied because he was wearing a pink shirt. 

These two guys decided to wear a pink shirt to Uni, and within two days everybody there was wearing them as a stand against bullying. 

Mind you, regardless of this, pink is a lovely colour for males and females alike. Gone are the days when it was Pink for a girl and Blue for a boy.  Anything goes these days and I know a few men who wear pink quite happily, not to mention dogs.

There are a lot of things that come in pink, wallpaper, paint, furniture, rugs and carpets,flowers not to forget curtains etc etc. and it can fit in very well into your home and is a nice bright summery colour.
