🎃👻It’s Halloween🎃👻

Well, today Is Halloween, the time of Ghouls and Ghosts, Trick and Treats, Apple Dunking and Witches and their black cats and, of course, Pumpkins carved out and lit which are called Jack-o-lanterns and are there to scare off evil spirits.

Halloween, as we all know, is also called All Hallows' Eve and All Saint's Eve.
It goes back as far as the ancient Celtic harvest festivals.

Halloween has taken off in the UK a lot more in recent years - following the American tradition, I think.
I, personally, don't agree with trick or treating as it can be a form of blackmail and begging, and the tricks can now get taken to an evil level at times. Also, a lot of people don’t want kids knocking on their doors late in the evening.
