National Puppy Day

Now, it’s only very hard-hearted people who don’t love a puppy! They are cute, and playful and have that wonderfully unique puppy smell! What is there not to love about them?
And a chewed slipper or shoe is a small price to pay for all the love and fun they bring into our lives!

I have fostered a lot of puppies, and as I am a hopeless foster fail, many of those stayed with me for life.
There is nothing like watching those little bundles of fluff grow up and learn how to press all of the cuteness buttons that will get whatever they want out of you!

They have so much energy, but one moment, they can be charging around, causing their cute chaos, and then the next, sleep cycle is engaged, and all you hear are little puppy sleep whimpers.

Dogs have helped humans for millennia, and one of the best things they ever did was to give us puppies!
