The Songs We Loved As Teens

It's usually as young teens when we start developing our own taste in music.
I was ten or eleven when I started to pay more attention to the popular music played on the radio and soon after, I got the first LPs of my choice - ABBA’s.

I was so happy and proud, I felt like I had grown up. 😂 🤣
Before that, I listened to the songs and stories for children; occasionally, also the music my father listened to on the radio, TV, or from his old 7" records.
For my 12th birthday, I got a new record player (with two big loudspeakers! 😃) for my room, and my music collection started to grow.
I was listening to old tunes proposed by my father, same as the new releases, music from different countries and all genres, searching for pieces that would click with me for whatever reason.
As I did then, I still enjoy listening to music every day and discovering new music, too.
