A Picture Worth a Thousand Words

Photography can capture someone’s heart and soul. Even the simplest photo has a story, stir emotions, brings back memories of places or people. It is a way to discover the world, and the art of photography.

We've come a long way since the first permanent photo, in 1826

to the photos of a galaxy.

Some of the first color images ever made in places like Vietnam, Brazil, Norway, and Mongolia are housed in Musée Albert Khan in Paris.
