Make a Dog's Day... Nutty Friday!

Hello, everyone! Today's the day, it's Make a dog's day, National Day!! I mean what day can be better celebrated, here at the Dog House Refugees, right? 😁Most of us have pets... And I am not quite a fan of this word, because we all know that they are more than that. They are family! Today is a chance to spoil our furry kids! We know them well enough, veeery well, actually, to know exactly what would make their day!! A longer walk, spending more time with them, new squeaky toys... More cheese?! 😁

But it's not only about this today... It's also about those who are less lucky... Those who are still waiting in that shelters for that one person who's going to adopt them and to whom they are going to give their love for the rest of their lives. 

It's a day to think about the special needs dogs, the ones with physical challenges and the senior ones. And when I say to think, I mean to think about ways to make their day, too and help. 

Now, does this ring a bell? 

That's a simple math exercise, I promise you! 

Dog + SQUIRREL!! = FUN

Mmm.. Yes, true. But there's also 

Dog +SQUIRREL!! = Nuts 😁😂

Yeah, I know! It's not that interesting for the dog. But it is for me! No one touches my peanuts. Or walnuts... Or any kind of nuts!! 

And you might ask what the heck is about with this nuts... Well, it's National Nut Day... Just sayin 😁 Maybe I will be the only one celebrating this day, but no worries!! I'll be fine! 😂
