🌧️Rain Day🌧️

Today is Rain Day, and some of us are asking, “What is that?”. I know over here we are desperate for some rain, cos whether you like it or hate it, we all need it to survive. Life is dependent on rain and it keeps our planet green and fresh.

The farmers keep an eye on whether we get too much or not enough and it's never unusual to see irrigators going in the fields around here. Animals in the wild depend on it to live and in some parts of the world, it is hard work trying to find it at certain times of the year.

There is nothing like running out on a hot summer when there has been no rain for a while and just dancing in it or splashing about in puddles. It brings out the child in us. Also, it helps you to sleep, listen to the raindrops hitting the window, as it is very soothing and relaxing, or just use a rain day to have a snug and cosy duvet day!!
