ππ§π₯Itβs Breakfast Timeππ§π₯
They say that breakfast is the best meal of the day and that you should dine like a king at breakfast. To me, it's unimportant, and I can take it or leave it, and I have never seen the point in getting up and eating a large meal soon afterwards. When I do eat something for breakfast, it is only something small and light.
Different Countries have different things for breakfast. Over here in the UK, itβs probably an unhealthy meal cos a lot of fried stuff is eaten in the way of a full English Breakfast, sausage cob or bacon cob, and various fried stuff, like eggs, tomatoes or mushrooms on toast.
Cereal is very popular, and there are so many to choose from, but generally, they are full of sugar.
One of the nicest breakfasts is, to my mind, greek yogurt and fruit or scrambled eggs on toast with fresh herbs. Kippers are also quite popular.
There is a lot of stuff you can put on toast, like jam, marmalade or peanut butter, which is very moorish. And to finish, it is tea or coffee, although orange juice is a favourite over here as well.
